English translation
Any interested person may lodge a grievance with the competent wisdom against any protection measures issued, and the court shall decide the grievance expeditiously, either rejecting it or revoking the order. The grievance may not be renewed until three months have elapsed from the date of its determination. Both the authority issuing the order and the beneficiaries of the protection order may request its revocation or amendment if new circumstances emerge that justify doing so. The applicant for protection shall be exempt from judicial fees and expenses. In all cases, the department concerned shall be notified of the issuance, revocation or amendment of the protection order.

لكل ذي شأن أن يتظلم إلى الحكمة المختصة من أي من تدابير الحماية الصادرة
وعلى المحكمة أن تفصل في التظلم على وجه السرعة إما برفضه أو بإلغاء الأمر.
ولا يجوز إعادة التظلم إلا بعد مضي ثلاثة أشهر من تاريخ الفصل فيه، ولكل
من الجهة مصدرة الأمر والمستفيدين من أمر الحماية طلب إلغائه أو تعديله إذا
ظهرت ظروف جديدة تبرر ذلك.
ويعفى طالب الحماية من الرسوم والنفقات القضائية. وفي جميع الأحوال تخطر
الإدارة المعنية بصدور أمر الحماية أو إلغائه أو تعديله .Ask about this article
