English translation
Anyone who coerces the victim of a domestic violence offence with the intent of inducing the victim to withdraw his complaint shall be punished by imprisonment for no less than one week and no more than six months and a fine of no less than one hundred dinars and no more than one thousand dinars, or either of these two penalties, unless any other law prescribes a more severe penalty.

يعاقب كل من يكره المعتدى عليه في جريمة من جرائم العنف الأسري بقصد
حمله على الرجوع عن شكواه بالحبس مدة لا تقل عن أسبوع ولا تزيد على ستة
أشهر وبغرامة لا تقل عن مائة دينار ولا تزيد على ألف دينار أو بإحدى هاتين
