English translation
Without prejudice to any more severe penalty prescribed by another law, anyone who violates the provisions of Articles (8), (11), (12) of this Decree-Law shall be punished by imprisonment for a period not exceeding six months and a fine of not less than three hundred dinars and not more than one thousand dinars, or either of these two penalties. The court shall order the confiscation of the objects and tools used in violating the prohibition contained in the final paragraph of the aforementioned Article (12). Anyone who violates the provisions of Article (5) of this Decree-Law shall be punished by imprisonment for a period not exceeding five years and a fine of not less than five thousand dinars and not more than ten thousand dinars, or either of these two penalties.

مع عدم الإخلال بأية عقوبة أشد ينص عليها قانون آخر يعاقب بالحبس مدة
لا تزيد على ستة أشهر وبالغرامة التي لا تقل عن ثلاثمائة دينار ولا تزيد على
ألف دينار أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين كل من يخالف أحكام المواد أرقام (۸) ،
(۱۱) ، (۱۲) من هذا المرسوم بقانون.
وتحكم المحكمة بمصادرة الأشياء والأدوات المستخدمة في مخالفة الحظر الوارد
في الفقرة الأخيرة من المادة (۱۲) المشار إليها.
ويعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تزيد على خمس سنوات وبالغرامة التي لا تقل عن خمسة
آلاف دينار ولا تزيد على عشرة آلاف دينار أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين كل من
