Article 3 of Decree-Law No. 13 of 2026 concerning Safeguarding and Protecting the Supreme Interests of Military Entities

Ministries, institutions, public authorities, companies, and individuals shall preserve the supreme interests of the military entities provided for in this Decree-Law, Index of the Law 464 Home Page Law on the Protection of the Supreme Interests of Military Entities Decree-Law No. 13 of 2026 Concerning Securing and Protecting the Supreme Interests of Military Entities and shall not obstruct, resist, attack, or harm them.
