Article 6 of Decree-Law No. 13 of 2026 concerning Safeguarding and Protecting the Supreme Interests of Military Entities

The unit designated by the competent authority within the military entities shall have the power to establish the necessary requirements, in coordination with the General Traffic Department, concerning the orderly flow of traffic and securing and facilitating the passage of military movements and convoys.
