English translation
Criminal proceedings for the crimes stipulated in this Decree-Law shall not lapse through the passage of time, and limitation periods for criminal proceedings or the sentence imposed shall not apply to them.

لا تنقضي الدعوى الجزائية عن الجرائم المنصوص عليها في هذا المرسوم بقانون
يمضي المدة ولا تسري عليها مدد سقوط الدعوى الجزائية أو العقوبة المحكوم
