English translation
Without prejudice to the criminal liability of a natural person, a private legal person shall be criminally punished if any of the crimes provided for in this Decree-Law is committed in its name or for its account, by a fine of not less than ten thousand dinars and not exceeding one million dinars. The legal person may be punished by dissolution or by permanent closure of the premises in which it conducts its activity, or temporary closure for a period determined by the judge.

مع عدم الاخلال بالمسؤولية الجزائية للشخص الطبيعي، يعاقب الشخص
الاعتباري الخاص جزائيا إذا ارتكبت أي جريمة من الجرائم المنصوص عليها في
هذا المرسوم بقانون باسمه أو لحسابه، وذلك بالغرامة التي لا تقل عن عشرة
آلاف دينار ولا تجاوز مليون دينار. ويجوز معاقبة الشخص الاعتباري بحله أو
بإغلاق المقر الذي يزاول فيه نشاطه غلقا نهائيا أو مؤقتا لمدة يحددها القاضي.Ask about this article
