A permanent committee shall be established, called ( the National Committee for Combating Terrorism «, whose formation and working arrangements shall be prescribed by a decision of the Council of Ministers, chaired by the Minister of Interior and comprising as members each of: The Minister of Defence. The Minister of Foreign Affairs. The Minister of Social Affairs. The Minister of Islamic Affairs. The Minister of Health. The Public Prosecutor. A judge whose rank is not lower than Counsellor The Governor of the Central Bank. The Head of the Financial Intelligence Unit. And others whom the Council of Ministers deems appropriate to include in the membership of the Committee.

تنشأ لجنة دائمة تسمى ( اللجنة الوطنية لمكافحة الإرهاب « يصدر بتشكيلها
و نظام عملها قرار من مجلس الوزراء، برئاسة وزير الداخلية وتضم في عضويتها
كل من :
وزير الدفاع.
وزير الخارجية.
وزير الشئون الاجتماعية.
وزير الشئون الإسلامية.
وزير الصحة.
النائب العام.
قاض لا تقل درجته عن مستشار
محافظ البنك المركزي.
رئيس وحدة التحريات المالية.
