English translation
Any person who intentionally refuses—without an acceptable excuse—to implement a judgment or decision issued by the court imposing any of the preventive measures provided for in this Decree-Law shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of not less than one year and not exceeding two years, and a fine of not less than one thousand dinars and not exceeding two thousand dinars.

يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تقل عن سنة ولا تزيد على سنتين، وبالغرامة التي لا
تقل عن ألف دينار ولا تزيد على ألفين دينار كل شخص امتنع عمدا – بلا
عذر مقبول - عن تنفيذ الحكم أو القرار الصادر من المحكمة بأحد التدابير
