English translation
The Public Prosecution shall supervise the execution of the preventive measures provided for in this Decree-Law. It must submit reports concerning the conduct of the person subject to the measure to the competent court at periodic intervals, none of which shall exceed three months. The court may order the termination, replacement or modification of the measure, upon a request from the Public Prosecution or the person subject to the measure.

تشرف النيابة العامة على تنفيذ التدابير الوقائية المنصوص عليها في هذا المرسوم
بقانون، وعليها عرض التقارير المتعلقة بمسلك الخاضع للتدبير على المحكمة
المختصة في فترات دورية لا تزيد فترة أي منها على ثلاثة أشهر.
وللمحكمة أن تأمر بإنهاء التدبير أو استبداله أو تعديله، وذلك بناء على طلب
