English translation
A person is considered to be in a state of terrorist dangerousness if any of the following circumstances applies to him: 1 - His habitual contact with persons or organizations proven to have incited, facilitated or participated in the commission of terrorist acts is established. 2 - His dissemination, endorsement or glorification of ideas that incite the commission of terrorist acts. In all cases, the state of terrorist dangerousness must be based on serious presumptions and evidence, and the person must display overt conduct expressing his inclination to commit those crimes.

يعد الشخص في حالة خطورة إرهابية إذا توافرت في شأنه أي حالة من الحالات
التالية :
۱ - ثبوت اتصاله المعتاد بأشخاص أو تنظيمات ثبت تحريضها أو تسهيلها أو
مشاركتها في ارتكاب أعمال إرهابية.
٢ - نشره أو تأييده أو تمجيده لأفكار تحرض على ارتكاب أعمال إرهابية.
ويشترط في جميع الحالات أن تستند حالة الخطورة الإرهابية على قرائن ودلائل
جدية، وأن يصدر عن الشخص سلوك ظاهر يعبر عن ميله إلى ارتكاب تلك
