English translation
A permanent centre called ( Rehabilitation Centre ( shall be established, and a decision concerning its composition and operating system shall be issued by the competent Minister. The centre aims to address manifestations of extremism and behavioural deviation and promote positive integration into society, by requiring the person subject thereto to participate therein for the purpose of reducing the likelihood of committing terrorist acts or joining a terrorist organisation. The competent Minister shall issue the decisions necessary to implement this.

ينشأ مركز دائم يسمى ( مركز إعادة التأهيل ( ويصدر بتشكيله ونظام عمله
قرار من الوزير المختص.
ويهدف المركز إلى معالجة مظاهر التطرف والانحراف السلوكي وتعزيز الاندماج
الإيجابي في المجتمع، وذلك بإلزام الخاضع لها بالمشاركة فيها بغرض الحد من
احتمالات ارتكاب أعمال إرهابية أو الانضمام إلى تنظيم إرهابي ويصدر الوزير
