English translation
Anyone who communicates, directly or indirectly, with a terrorist organization or a terrorist person, or with anyone working on its or his behalf, with the intent of assisting it or him in any manner in the terrorist act, shall be punished by life imprisonment or temporary imprisonment for a term of no less than ten years.

يعاقب بالحبس المؤبد أو المؤقت الذي لا تقل مدته عن عشر سنوات كل من
تخابر مع تنظيم إرهابي أو شخص إرهابي بشكل مباشر أو غير مباشر أو أحد
