English translation
Anyone who drills or trains one or more persons in carrying weapons or using ammunition, or teaches such a person military arts of any kind, intending to enlist the trained persons to carry out a terrorist act, shall be punished by fixed-term imprisonment for a term of not less than ten years. Anyone who trains in carrying weapons or using ammunition, and anyone who is taught military arts, knowing that the person training or teaching him intends to enlist him to carry out a terrorist act, shall be punished by fixed-term imprisonment for a term of not less than seven years.

يعاقب بالحبس المؤقت الذي لا تقل مدته عن عشر سنوات كل من مرن أو درب
شخصا أو أكثر على حمل السلاح أو على استعمال الذخيرة أو لقنــه فنونــا حربية أيا
كانت قاصدا الاستعانة بالأشخاص المدربين لتنفيذ عمل إرهابي.
ويعاقب بالحبس المؤقت الذي لا تقل مدته عن سبع سنوات، كل من تدرب
على حمل السلاح أو على استعمال الذخيرة وكل من تلقن فنونــا حربية، وهـو عــالم
