English translation
Anyone who destroys, disables, or deliberately endangers any means of land, air, or maritime transport, or any land, air, or maritime navigation facility, or obstructs services therein, in execution of a terrorist act, shall be punished by fixed-term imprisonment for a term of not less than seven years. If these acts result in injury to one or more persons, the penalty shall be life imprisonment, and if they result in the death of a person, the penalty shall be death. يعاقب بالحبس المؤقت الذي لا تقل مدته عن سبع سنوات كل من أتلف
أو عطل أو عرض عمدا للخطر وسيلة من وسائل النقل البري أو الجوي أو
البحري أو إحدى منشآت الملاحة البرية أو الجوية أو البحرية أو عرقل الخدمات
فيها وكان ذلك تنفيذا لعمل إرهابي.
