English translation
The crimes stipulated in the aforementioned Penal Code or any other law, if the crime constitutes a terrorist act, shall be punishable by the following penalties instead of the penalties prescribed for them: Death, if the penalty prescribed for the crime is life imprisonment. Life imprisonment, if the penalty prescribed for the crime is imprisonment for fifteen years. Temporary imprisonment exceeding the maximum prescribed for the crime, provided that it does not exceed half that maximum. - A fine not exceeding twice the limit prescribed for the crime, provided that it shall in all cases be no less than one thousand dinars. Article A If the court sentences the accused for one of the crimes stipulated in this Chapter, it may impose upon him one or more of the preventive measures stipulated in this Decree-Law. The Centre shall submit periodic reports every three months to the Public Prosecution, and the court may, at the request of the Public Prosecution or the convicted person, amend, replace or terminate the measure.

يعاقب على الجرائم المنصوص عليها في قانون الجزاء المشار إليه أو أي قانون
آخر إذا كانت الجريمة تشكل عملاً إرهابيا وذلك بالعقوبات التالية بدلاً من
العقوبات المقررة لها :
الإعدام، إذا كانت العقوبة المقررة للجريمة هي الحبس المؤبد.
الحبس المؤبد، إذا كانت العقوبة المقررة للجريمة هي الحبس مدة خمس عشرة
سنة .
الحبس المؤقت، بما يزيد عن الحد الأقصى المقرر للجريمة على ألا يجاوز نصف
هذا الحد.
- الغرامة التي لا تجاوز ضعف الحد المقرر للجريمة على ألا تقل في جميع الأحوال
عن ألف دينار.
مادة A
يجوز للمحكمة إذا قضت بعقاب المتهم في إحدى الجرائم المنصوص عليها في
هذا الفصل أن تحكم عليه بتدبير أو أكثر من التدابير الوقائية المنصوص عليها
في هذا المرسوم بقانون.
وعلى المركز رفع تقارير دورية كل ثلاثة أشهر إلى النيابة العامة، ويجوز للمحكمة
بناء على طلب النيابة العامة أو المحكوم عليه تعديل التدبير أو استبداله أو انهاءه.Ask about this article
