Imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 years and a fine of not less than 1,000 dinars and not more than 3,000 dinars shall be imposed on whoever: Law Index 455 Home Page Law on Combating Terrorist Crimes Decree-Law No. 47 of 2026 concerning Combating Terrorist Crimes Knows of a plan to commit a crime provided for in this Decree-Law and refrains from reporting it to the competent authorities. The provisions of this article shall not apply to the perpetrator's husband or wife, or any of his ascendants or descendants.

يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تجاوز ثلاث سنوات وبالغرامة التي لا تقل عن ألف
دينار ولا تزيد على ثلاثة آلاف دينار كل من :
علم بوجود مشروع بارتكاب جريمة مما نص عليه في هذا المرسوم بقانون وامتنع
عن إبلاغ ذلك إلى الجهات المختصة.
علم بوقوع جريمة من الجرائم المنصوص عليها في هذا المرسوم بقانون وأعــان
الجاني على الفرار من الملاحقة القضائية إما بإيوائه أو اخفاء أدلة الجريمة.
