English translation
The provisions of this Decree-Law shall apply to the offences stipulated therein and to offences stipulated in any other law if they constitute a terrorist act.

تسري أحكام هذا المرسوم بقانون على الجرائم المنصوص عليها فيه وعلى الجرائم
