English translation
Anyone who enters the premises of a diplomatic or consular mission, or a regional or international body or organization in the State, with intent to commit a terrorist act shall be punished by fixed-term imprisonment of not less than seven years and a fine of not less than five thousand dinars and not exceeding ten thousand dinars. The penalty shall be life imprisonment if the act is committed by force or by resisting the competent authorities, is accompanied by the use of a weapon, or is committed by more than one person. The penalty shall be death if the act results in the death of one or more persons.

يعاقب بالحبس المؤقت الذي لا تقل مدته عن سبع سنوات وبالغرامة التي
لا تقل عن خمسة آلاف دينار ولا تزيد على عشرة آلاف دينار كل من دخل مقر
إحدى البعثات الدبلوماسية، أو القنصلية أو الهيئات أو المنظمات الإقليمية أو
الدولية في الدولة بقصد ارتكاب عمل إرهابي.
وتكون العقوبة الحبس المؤبد إذا وقع الفعل بالقوة أو بمقاومة السلطات المختصة
أو مقترنا باستعمال السلاح أو وقع من أكثر من شخص.
وتكون العقوبة الإعدام إذا نتج عن الفعل وفاة شخص أو أكثر.Ask about this article
