English translation
Anyone who, by any means whatsoever, calls for joining a terrorist organisation or participating in its activities in any form, knowing the purpose for which it operates, shall be punished by temporary imprisonment for a term of not less than seven years. The punishment shall be temporary imprisonment for a term of not less than ten years if the crime is committed through clubs, public-benefit associations, and charitable foundations that are registered, unregistered, or have lost their legal personality. Anyone who joins, seeks to join or enlist in a terrorist organisation, or participates in its activities in any form with the intent of achieving the purpose for which it operates shall also be punished by temporary imprisonment for a term of not less than five years.

يعاقب بالحبس المؤقت الذي لا تقل مدته عن سبع سنوات كل من دعا بأي
وسيلة كانت إلى الانضمام إلى تنظيم إرهابي أو للمشاركة في أعماله بأية صورة مع
علمه بالغرض الذي يعمل له.
ويعاقب بالحبس المؤقت الذي لا تقل مدته عن عشر سنوات إذا ارتكبت الجريمة
من خلال الأندية وجمعيات النفع العام والمبرات الخيرية المشهرة أو التي لم يتم
إشهارها أو التي فقدت شخصيتها الاعتبارية.
كما يعاقب بالحبس المؤقت الذي لا تقل مدته عن خمس سنوات كل من أنضم
أو سعى للانضمام أو الالتحاق بتنظيم إرهابي أو المشاركة في أعماله بأية صورة
