English translation
Anyone who enters the State or attempts to enter it with the intention of committing any of the offences provided for in this Decree-Law shall be punished by fixed-term imprisonment for a term not less than 7 years. The penalty shall be fixed-term imprisonment for a term not less than 10 years if entry into the State or attempted entry into it is by unlawful means. The penalty shall be life imprisonment if the foregoing acts are accompanied by carrying weapons or explosives. Chapter Three Preventive Provisions Terrorist Dangerousness

يعاقب بالحبس المؤقت الذي لا تقل مدته عن سبع سنوات كل من دخل الدولة
أو حاول دخولها بقصد ارتكاب إحدى الجرائم المنصوص عليها في هذا المرسوم
بقانون .
وتكون العقوبة الحبس المؤقت الذي لا تقل مدته عن عشر سنوات إذا كان
الدخول إلى الدولة أو محاولة الدخول إليها بطريق غير مشروع.
وتكون العقوبة الحبس المؤبد إذا كانت الأفعال السابقة مع حمل السلاح أو
