English translation
Anyone who, through coercion or threat, compels a person to join, enlist in, or remain in a terrorist organisation shall be punished by life imprisonment or fixed-term imprisonment of not less than ten years. يُعاقب بالحبس المؤبد أو المؤقت الذي لا تقل مدته عن عشر سنوات كل من
حمل شخصا عن طريق الاكراه أو التهديد على الانضمام أو الالتحاق أو البقاء
في تنظيم إرهابي.
وتكون العقوبة الإعدام إذا كان المجني عليه لم يتجاوز الثامنة عشر من عمره أو
