Government entities subject to these Regulations shall provide the Personnel Bureau with all the information it requests and facilitate access by its representatives to registers, papers, files and other materials required for the exercise of its competencies. They must also respond to the Bureau's observations on any employment matter within thirty days of receiving them. Eleventh: Transitional Provisions

علي الجهات الحكومية الخاضعة لهذا النظام أن تمد ديوان الموظفين بكافة البيانات
التي يطلبها وأن تسهل لمندوبيه الاطلاع على السجلات والأوراق والملفات وغيرها
مما تقتضيه ممارسة اختصاصاته.
كما يجب عليها ا، ترد على ملاحظات الديوان في أي شأن من شؤون التوظف خلال
ثلاثين يوما من تاريخ ورودها إليها.
