English translation
The balance of periodic leave accrued by employees in service at the time these Regulations enter into force shall be frozen. It may be used in addition to the periodic leave accruing under the provisions of these Regulations, up to a maximum of ninety days per year. The forfeiture provided for in Article (40) shall not apply to this balance.

يجمد رصيد الإجازات الدورية المستحقة للموظفين الموجودين في الخدمة وقت
العمل بهذا النظام ويجوز الانتفاع به بالإضافة إلى الأجازة الدورية التي تستحق
وفقا لأحكام هذا النظام بحد أقصي تسعين يوما في السنة.
ولا يسري السقوط المنصوص عليه في المادة ( ٤٠ ) على هذا الرصيد.Ask about this article
