English translation
The regulations and decisions in force concerning employment matters when these Regulations enter into force shall continue to apply for one year or until the regulations and decisions referred to herein are issued, whichever is earlier, provided that they do not conflict with the provisions of these Regulations.

يستمر العمل باللوائح والقرارات المعمول بها في شؤون التوظيف وقت نفاذ هذا
النظام لمدة سنة أو لحين صدور اللوائح والقرارات المشار إليها فيه أيهما أقرب وذلك
