Execution of an obedience judgment. Its manner: the husband submits the obedience judgment to the competent authority for execution. The wife, whether a virgin or not, does not go to the house of obedience on her own initiative in execution of this judgment. The wife's refusal after notice of execution. Its effect. تنفيذ حكم الطاعة. كيفيته: تقديم الزوج حكم الطاعة لجهة الاختصاص لتنفيذه. الزوجة بكراً أو غير بكر لا تذهب لبيت الطاعة من تلقاء نفسها نفاذاً لهذا الحكم. امتناع الزوجة بعد الإعلان عن التنفيذ. أثره. سقوط نفقتها من تاريخ هذا الامتناع. مثال. ٥- نشوز:Original Arabic judgment citations
