The judgment's award of maintenance to the wife. No defect.

سقوط حق الزوجة في النفقة. مناطه. امتناعها عن الدخول في طاعة الزوج رغم صدور حكم نهائي بذلك وإعلانها به واعتبارها ناشزاً. - خلو الأوراق مما يفيد صدور حكم نهائي بالطاعة وامتناع الزوجة عن التنفيذ بعد إعلانها به. قضاء الحكم بفرض نفقة للزوجة. لا عيب.Original Arabic judgment citations
