A woman divorced after consummation not being entitled to consolatory maintenance. Its condition. That the divorce was with her consent. The court of merits has sole discretion to assess the existence of that consent and assess the consolatory compensation. - Proof that divorce occurred with the wife's consent. The burden of proving it lies on the husband.
