The mother's lack of entitlement to breastfeeding remuneration during the marriage or the waiting period following revocable or irrevocable divorce. Reason: the husband is obliged to maintain her in those circumstances. The mother's breastfeeding after termination of the marriage and expiry of the waiting period, or during the waiting period following death. Her entitlement to that remuneration. Articles 187, 188 of Law 51/1984.

عدم استحقاق الأم لأجرة الإرضاع حال قيام الزوجية أو في عدة الطلاق الرجعي أو البائن. علة ذلك: أن الزوج مكلف بالإنفاق عليها في تلك الأحوال. قيام الأم بالإرضاع بعد انتهاء الزوجية وانقضاء العدة أو في عدة الوفاة. استحقاقها لذلك الأجر. المادتان ١٨٧، ١٨٨ ق ٥١/١٩٨٤.Original Arabic judgment citations
