Divorce on grounds of harm pronounced by the judge. An irrevocable divorce. It terminates the marriage immediately. Its effect. The divorcing husband may not lawfully enjoy intimacy with his divorced wife and has no power to take her back, even during the waiting period. He may not take her back except with her consent and with a new contract and dower. Articles 98/c, 130/e, 153 of Law 51/1984 concerning Personal Status.
