The rule is the divorced woman's entitlement to consolatory maintenance after consummation. Exception. The cases exhaustively specified by law, including separation for harm where the cause is attributable to the wife and divorce with her consent. The wife's resort to the judge to divorce her from her husband because of his harming her. It is not considered her consent to judicial divorce. Example.

الأصل هو استحقاق المطلقة لنفقة المتُعة بعد الدخول. الاستثناء. الحالات الواردة بالقانون على سبيل الحصر ومنها التفريق للضرر إذا كان بسبب من الزوجة والطلاق برضاها. لجوء الزوجة للقاضي لتطليقها من زوجها بسبب مضارته لها. لا يعتبر رضاءً منها بالتطليق. مثال.Original Arabic judgment citations
