Regulatory administrative decisions. Knowledge thereof is through publication in the Official Gazette. - Individual decisions. Knowledge thereof is through notification to the individuals, unless the legislature requires publication. - The legislature’s requirement to publish an individual decision does not oblige the judge to apply it unless one of the litigants furnishes proof thereof.

القرارات الإدارية التنظيمية. العلم بها يكون عن طريق النشر في الجريدة الرسمية. - القرارات الفردية. العلم بها يكون عن طريق إعلان الأفراد بها ما لم يستلزم المشرع النشر. - استلزام المشرع نشر القرار الفردي لا يلزم القاضي بتطبيقه إلا إذا أقام أي من الخصوم الدليل عليه.Original Arabic judgment citations
