Bringing an action claiming any of the rights prescribed under Law 61 of 1976 concerning Social Insurance. Its condition. Claiming them from the Institution in writing within five years from the date on which they become payable. And lodging a grievance against the decision issued by the Institution within thirty from the date of notification thereof before the committee competent therefor. - Challenging this committee’s decisions. Its condition. That it be within thirty days from the date the person concerned is notified of the decision or the expiry of the time limit specified for deciding the grievance, whichever is earlier. The reason therefor. Resolving disputes arising in application of this Law so that positions concerning insurance rights become settled. - The decision issued by the Institution. Its meaning.
