Kuwait Court of Cassation principle number 1365

The judgment's statement that the victim declared that the appellant threatened him over the telephone with fabricating accusations, whereas the record establishes that he received that threat when he went to him at his residence. This does not detract from its soundness, so long as it does not affect the essence of the incident of which the court was convinced. Basis thereof: an error in attribution does not vitiate the judgment so long as it does not contradict facts affecting the court's conviction.
