Their meaning. - The State’s contribution of 15% of the capital of the commercial bank at which the convicted woman works. Its effect. The funds of that bank fall outside the description of public funds under the provisions of this Law and consequently the selection of the elements of the offence of appropriation of public funds. The judgment’s contravention thereof vitiates it and requires its cassation.
