State of Kuwait · Civil Matters — Volume 10 · Ministry of Justice — Court of Cassation — Technical Office

English translation of the principle

The rule for consensual contracts is that they are concluded merely by the conjunction of offer and acceptance. An undisputed signature thereon suffices to complete the contract. - A litigant alleging that acceptance was issued in response to what he alleges to be an offer bears the burden of proving it.
