State of Kuwait · Civil Matters — Volume 10 · Ministry of Justice — Court of Cassation — Technical Office

English translation of the principle

The term contract applies to every agreement intended to produce a legal effect. - Consensual contracts are completed and concluded merely by the concurrence of offer and acceptance. The subject matter of the obligation need not be specified therein. It is sufficient that it be capable of determination according to the nature of the obligation and the circumstances surrounding the contracting.
