تعاقد الوكيل مع الغير باسم الموكل وفي حدود الوكالة. أثره. إنصراف أثر العقد إلى الموكل. توالي التوكيلات المأذون في كل منها للوكيل بتوكيل غيره فيما وكُل هو فيه. إنصراف آثار العقد الذي يبرمه آخر الوكلاء إلى الموكل الأصيل.Original Arabic judgment citations
