تعاقد الوكيل في حدود الوكالة. أثره. إنصراف آثار العقد مباشرة إلى الأصيل. تعاقده خارج حدود الوكالة. توقف نفاذ العقد في هذه الحالة في حق الأصيل على إجازته أو إقراره إياه. الإقرار أو الإجازة اللاحقة كالوكالة السابقة.Original Arabic judgment citations
