The obligation of the real estate registration authority and the administrative committees formed by the Chairman of the Municipal Council to adjudicate ownership claims to comply with the procedures stipulated in Laws 5/1959, 5/1975 and the evidence specified therein. - 390 - Obligation Does not affect the courts' right, when adjudicating them, to rely on any evidence among the lawful means of proof.
