English translation of the principle

End-of-service gratuity. Calculated on the basis of years of service. The multiplicity of employment contracts does not alter this. The condition thereof. The worker's period of service must continue without interruption until its termination. - Establishment that the worker's period of service with the appellant was continuous without interruption, even though more than one contract was drawn up for it. Depriving him of the end-of-service gratuity for breaching the obligations imposed upon him by the terms of the contract and the provisions of the law. Applies to his entire period of service, whether before or after the period of the Iraqi invasion. The rationale thereof. The invasion period is considered a period of temporary suspension not terminating the worker's service, so long as he continued his work after the aggression was repelled.
