An urgent judgment staying enforcement of the authentic contract constituting the debt instrument in respect of which the travel-ban order was issued, owing to a dispute between the parties to the contract over the amount of the debt. Does not alter the due date for payment agreed in the contract or negate the debt's existence. Its effect is confined merely to staying compulsory enforcement proceedings against the debtor. - A travel-ban order. Is not an instrument of enforcement. Its valid issuance. Its continued existence is not affected by a stay of enforcement of the debt instrument in respect of which that order was issued owing to a dispute over its amount. The reason: the legislature did not require, for its issuance, that the right of the creditor applying for the order be ascertained in amount, being satisfied with the requirement that it be certain in existence and due for payment.
