English translation of the principle
The agent's submission to his principal, after executing the agency, of a detailed account encompassing all agency acts, supported by documents and including assets, liabilities, and the net balance—as in a current account—is a right of the principal and an obligation incumbent on the agent. The basis thereof: the agency contract.
