An agency contract is revocable. The principal may dismiss the agent at any time. This is considered a matter of public policy. No agreement to the contrary is permissible. Article 717/1, Civil Code. - Termination of the agency upon occurrence of its terminating cause. Condition thereof. The agent's knowledge thereof. The court of merits. Must ascertain that knowledge by all means of proof.

عقد الوكالة غير لازم. للموكل عزل الوكيل في أي وقت. اعتباره من النظام العام. عدم جواز الاتفاق على غير ذلك. م ٧١٧/١ مدني. - انتهاء الوكالة بتحقق سبب انتهائها. شرط ذلك. علم الوكيل به. محكمة الموضوع. يتعين عليها استظهار ذلك العلم بكافة طرق الإثبات.Original Arabic judgment citations
