The direct actor's liability to compensate for personal injury. The condition for its establishment: where the act personally performed by that actor itself brought about the harm and caused it without an intermediary. Where the movement of a vehicle is the act of its owner, the owner is considered the direct actor in respect of every harm resulting from that movement's direct contribution to causing it.
