Damage occurring as a result of multiple faults by numerous persons, each of whom committed a fault. Their joint and several liability towards the injured party for compensation in full. In their relationship with one another, the burden of liability is apportioned among them according to the role of each person’s fault in causing the damage; if this cannot be determined, it is apportioned equally. The injured party may have recourse against them all or confine his action to one of them, and the latter may have recourse against the remainder.
