Assessment of the existence of domicile and determination of whether it is single or multiple. A question of fact within the independent purview of the court of merits. The condition therefor. - Investigating the place of habitual residence at which service may validly be effected, and ascertaining or negating the occurrence of service. A question of fact for the court of merits. - A person may have more than one domicile, and service is valid if effected at one of them.
