A limited liability company has juridical personality independent of the personalities of its partners. Import thereof. Its partners do not acquire merchant status and are not liable for its debts except to the extent of each partner’s share in its capital. Example concerning the impermissibility of the appellant’s objection to the judgment rendered against the legal representative of a limited liability company.

الشركة ذات المسئولية المحدودة لها شخصية اعتبارية مستقلة عن شخصية الشركاء فيها. مؤدى ذلك. عدم اكتساب الشركاء فيها صفة التاجر ولا يسألون عن ديونها إلا بمقدار حصة كل منهم في رأسمالها. مثال بشأن عدم جواز اعتراض الطاعن على الحكم الصادر ضد الممثل القانوني لشركة ذات مسئولية محدودة.Original Arabic judgment citations
