Merchants’ obligations towards one another relating to their commercial business. Their limitation upon the lapse of ten years from the date performance of the obligation falls due. The reason therefor: each limitation has its own conditions and rules. - The basis of the claim in the action arising from building contracting works. Those works are considered commercial acts regardless of the capacity or intent of the person carrying them out. The obligations arising therefrom are considered commercial obligations and are subject to the limitation prescribed in Article 118 of the Commercial Code.
