The sureties thereunder are jointly and severally liable among themselves and with the debtor. - Commercial suretyship. The sureties thereunder are jointly and severally liable among themselves and with the debtor. The creditor’s claim against the debtor does not extinguish his right to claim against the surety, and he may claim against both together.
